Sales and Tendering Administrator

Reports to:

Sales and Tendering Manager

 

A full time role, at the UK headquarters of Wagtech Projects Ltd requiring a highly organised, enthusiastic, hard-working and efficient individual, to work in a small team.

The ability to work calmly under time-pressure is a must!

 

This role gives the opportunity for the candidate to develop into a long-term career in International Sales and Tenders

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Creation of bespoke and routine quotations

  • Assistance in the preparation of larger International Projects and Tenders

  • On-line sourcing of non-standard products

  • Relationship building with customers in specific Territories and local in-country agents

  • Negotiation of pricing / discounts to win business

  • Gathering of Market and Customer Information

  • Following-up of recently submitted quotes

  • Offering general Sales and office support to Line Managers

  • Close relationship with Wagtech Sales offices based overseas

 

 

Experience in Scientific or Laboratory Industry preferable, but not essential. Full training on key products and Internal Computer systems will be given.
