Atomic Absorption Spectophotometer (AAS)
Product code: A769-524
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer
With an ever-increasing awareness of the importance of monitoring trace elements in waters and other matrices there is a continuing requirement to improve the various methods used for detecting their presence.
Toxic elements, such as lead and arsenic in drinking and waste waters are closely regulated by various national and international environmental agencies.
To analyse for these, and other metallic elements, a sensitive analytical method is required. Atomic Absorption is a traditional method which offers not only precise and accurate measurements but is also very sensitive making this analysis method the preferred technique for environmental monitoring agencies.
